Shipping + Returns Policy

DELIVERY
We use third party shipping companies like DHL. Orders are delivered at curbside. You will receive a tracking number. Delive- ry within a requested time is not possible. SR Products is not responsible for any delays once the piece has left our premises. When you order several items, some may be available sooner than others - we will contact you to arrange the most conve- nient way of delivery, opting for full or split delivery, however additional delivery fees may apply.

 

ORDERS WITHIN THE EU
We ship to the EU. Delivery fees are calculated depending on weight and final delivery destination of the products ordered.

Delivery fees are calculated depending on weight and final delivery destination of the products ordered. We accept all major credit cards, instant bank transfer and Apple Pay. All prices at SR Products are incl. VAT.

 

MADE TO ORDER
All goods subject to a lead time due to production are considered »Made to order« and are clearly labelled as such on our website. All orders placed online require payment in full.

 

LEAD TIMES
Standard lead-times typically range between 2–10 weeks and are clearly displayed in the description of each product on our webstore. Do note that however that lead-time are estimated and approximate, and can be longer or shorter than the quoted times due to various circumstances. SR Products is not responsible for any delays in production, shipment or customs, howe- ver, we will endeavour to make you aware of any changes to timings as soon as possible.

 

MATERIAL VARIATIONS
Please be aware of the natural and un-avoidable variations the materials used in the production the design pieces may have from the pictures showcased on our webstore. Upholstered items are produced in different dye cycles, which can cause slight variations in colour. Materials such as wood, metall, marble or concrete may have natural inconsistencies in grain, pattern and colour. SR Products is not responsible for textile and natural variations and these will not be considered to be a fault or grounds for Returns.

 

RETURNS
We are happy to accept returns of orders from our online store, except for »Made to order«. For enquiries regarding how to return an order, feel free to get in touch via support@sr-products.net within 5 days from receiving your order. Return requests notified after 5 days from receiving your order will not be accepted. Please also provide your order reference when return- ing goods - orders are returned at the cost of the customer. Following receipt of your written notice confirming your intent to return, the goods must be returned unused, and in a fully resalable condition in their original packaging without undue delay and in all circumstances no later than 14 days after the day you have informed us of your decision to cancel.

 

CLAIM
If the item has been damaged during shipping the item will be reconditioned or returned to us. If this issue occur you must sent pictures of damages, packaging and description before we can accept this as a claim. Contact: support@sr-products. net. Any defects or defects in products / goods must be invoked within 24 months after you have discovered the error. It is the customer’s duty to specify and, upon request, show how the error or defect is expressed. If the customer discovers an error, please contact support@sr-products.net. The customer can, as a rule, only complain about errors that appear within 2 years after the goods have been delivered to the customer. The customer can choose as a consumer whether the item is to be repaired or replaced. The exception to this rule is if exchange is impossible or will result in excessive costs for SR Products.
